Smart Smoker - Not received goods or refund
I placed an order with smart smoker for £181 of goods, To date have not received any good or a refund in over 5 weeks. I've found them to be at best unhelpful and at worst just bloody rude.
They take payment on order not dispatch ,then they don't send anything out. When they do, they don't pay the postage,and then asked me to go to the sorting office (20 mile round trip) and pay the postage myself !!
Now they will not issue a refund as they have not got the package back from the postal service, likes that's anything to do with me !!!
MasterCard are now sorting it for me, will post when I have a final outcome.
Have now got a e- lite great product,good deals and no problems.
Monetary Loss: $250.
